By using the Micro Business app you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use it

Micro Business is for the authorised staff of businesses that use the MicrologicX system. Your account is created by your business's administrator and is personal to you — do not share it.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the app for lawful business purposes only.
• Do not try to access data or pages you have not been given.
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer or tamper with the app.
• Keep your business's data confidential.

3. Your business's data

The records in the system belong to your business. Your business decides who has access and what each person may do.

4. Availability

The app needs an internet connection. We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

5. Liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, MicrologicX is not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

6. Ending use

Your administrator may remove your access at any time, and you may ask for your account to be deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
