Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Micro Business app and the MicrologicX business system ("we", "us") collect, how it is used and how it is protected.

1. Who we are

Micro Business is business-management software made by MicrologicX, Faisalabad, Pakistan. It is used by businesses (shops, their franchises and godowns) to run sales, purchases, stock and accounts. The app is only for staff whose business has given them an account; there is no public sign-up.

2. Information we collect

• Account details — name, email or username, role and shop, as set up by your business's administrator.
• Sign-in token — kept on your device so you stay signed in. Your password is never stored on the device.
• Business records — sales, purchases, vouchers, stock and other records you enter or open. These belong to your business.
• Pictures you choose to attach — for example a payment slip, an item or a party picture.
• Activity log — sign-in and sign-out times and which documents were saved, so your business can audit its own records.

We do not collect your location, contacts, microphone audio, or any advertising or tracking identifier.

3. How we use it

• To sign you in and show you the pages your business allows.
• To store and show your business's records.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell, rent or share your information for advertising, and the app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

4. Camera and photos

The app asks for camera or photo-library access only when you choose to attach a picture. Pictures are sent only to your business's server.

5. Security

All data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Each business can see only its own data.

6. Retention and deletion

Your account stays until your business's administrator removes it or you ask for it to be deleted. You can request deletion from inside the app (Profile → Delete Account) or at the account deletion page. Business accounting records you entered are kept by your business as the law requires.

7. Children

The app is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
